This looks more like a screenshot than an actual piece of art. I'm not totally against people uploading screenshots, I'd prefer for them to put those into their scraps but that's your own choice. The issue here is, why did you ask a critique for this? You did not draw it or anything. Okay, the originality and vision are obviously going to be low because this is from a game and isn't even fanart. It's pretty high quality, so I guess it has good vision. As for technique, I really don't think this took much technique to do. Which game is this from, by the way? The character looks cute.
